Guest Access:

Upon booking, you will need to provide your email address to receive a mobile key for your amenities. There will also be a link included to register your boat in advance for a slip right by the condo.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Smith Mountain Lake is the second largest lake in Virginia. Smith Mountain is a beautiful location for fishing, watersports, and vacationing.

Other Things to Note:

The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, a beach area, a boat ramp, scenic trails, a day dock, a golf course with discounted rates, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and gym facilities.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
