No heat downstairs ( small space heater) Smells of dampness in basement. No blind in windows. Shower has no pressure. Really need to take care of the front deck . Boards need attention. Not very clean but we weren't there much so we dealt with it

Overall, nice place. Location is off a main road, with access from several different ways! Small pond available according to the listing wasn't found, but the town managed pond was quaint and easy to find. outside back yard could have been upkept a little better! Price was right and would consider staying with this host again!

It was a really nice place. Even though it is shared, we had plenty of privacy. In fact, we stayed 3 days and never saw the roommate mentioned in the post. I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

It was a good stay. It’s close to a really good place to eat, Rocco’s. It’s a pretty easy drive into Boston if you’re planning a trip down there. Traffic sucks but that’s Boston!
