The staff were fabulously attentive. The property was clean, had TV operational, with I think Foxtel (check yourselves - we watched movies), breakfast provided gave a very wide choice and delicious. Position of Hotel fabulous for walking and restaurants were close. Of course room service available (used on first night) and went to Serene Palace Restaurant (great) (within the Hotel and where you have breakfast) on last night. They also have clothes washing service and book taxi's etc. Can't recommend more highly.

Didn’t realise when I got to room that there were no block out curtains until woken by the light at about 5 am. Staff very friendly and room clean. You get what you pay for

Hotel actual very comfort and good service with the price,just the kitchen is very poor about the food but happy to come back if I have a chance.

Great value and service
This is a lovely hotel. Not too flash as there's no pool and no gym but the staff from the manager to the night watchman are incredibly friendly and ALL speak very good English. That is what sets it apart. Nothing was too much trouble: they called cabs, recommended restaurants even though theirs is excellent, organized a driver to Hoi An, etc. all with a smile and sincerity. And the price is great! A/C was great. There was a tv but we never bothered.
I highly recommend it and would stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to Hue.
