Staff are good but the standards is not good, the smell is not good. Hearing toilets flushing from other room. Breakfast not enough option not doesn't feel like an hotel. Need to inprove .I can not recommend it to friends and families

I have always stayed at the Ibis when visit Hull Fair so convenient and just a 5-10 min walk from the transport hub the staff are always welcoming only issue is the air con unit in the room which takes outside temperature readings which meant the room was warm at night but too warm for my liking however opening the window solves that just wished you had more customisability over the room temperature but nonetheless had a great stay and slept well the room was clean and comfortable would recommend

The hotel and room itself was nice... Friendly staff, very clean. I was just confused by the bathroom pod.... Like it was a curved wall.... With a straight door that didn't quite fit the gap, the toilet flush was so loud it woke my partner. Minor things that just stick out in my mind
