Lovely one night stay

Staff were very helpful and friendly the phoned me before my stay to sort out a accessible room. The shower was amazing very powerful with 2 different heads to use, the beds were very comfortable and looked like a new carpet. Has a big car park so parking no problem and was free with the stay. Breakfast was very good not a huge selection of pastries or bread and scrambled eggs were alittle wet. I did here someone asked for fried and they wete very happy to do that, so I would ask next time.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, modern as expected. TV remote not working, nor replacement. The menu in the dining room had a number of deals that in the small print were only available through an App. After spending 10 - 15 mins queuing to place my order, I was told I had to go and download the App - I then had to queu up again. Annoying!

£5 to park on top of the hotel bill

All good, however the hidden fee of charging £5 to park is annoying (just increase the room rate and include the parking)

The hotel and staff were very welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Only disappointing aspect was the breakfast, which I would rate as only fair. Self service Coffee machine that gave poor quality drinks and a basic selection of food. Would stay at the hotel agin but would not pay extra for the breakfast.

Hotel picked purely for parking of large van

Checked in and was in one of the older style rooms asked if any of the newer rooms available and told they were fully booked. My colleague checked in also and was offered a newer room. Room was dated, accessible and joining. None of which was requested. 5 gbp per night for parking.

Great for a night's stay. The room had recently been refurbished and was of a nice standard. Staff friendly and easy to check in and out. Massive car park, parking being free. The only let down was the breakfast. The hot food offerings were poor. Powdered eggs, cheap sausages and bacon. Coffee was wasn't the best. However there is a Starbucks on site.
