Live in the area and booked room over holiday break for the pool and hot tub facilities. I am very familiar with the area and the location of this hotel is prime location for Hershey, Hummelstown and Harrisburg area. It is located on the border of Hershey and close to several highways and main streets and routes. The room, exercise, pool, and lobby areas were all very clean. Staff was very proffessional, personable, and efficient. We didnt eat or observe breakfast service. There are many eateries and shoppes nearby. Will return and highly recommend compared to other hotels in surrounding area.

This stay was awful. We picked a pet friendly hotel with a hot tub and indoor pool which were NOT open. The Hilton management knew that they would not be open and did not share this info. They knew ahead of time, because they were being re-tiled! I had 2 rooms for my family and my room smelled like stink bugs badly. The advertised restaurant is a partitioned off part of the lobby with subpar food, and you can pretty much forget it if you are gluten sensitive, like me! Some of the clean towels were still stained too. The beds were comfortable is about the only good thing I can say

Over all it was good, the only strange thing was the day we check in… the front desk gave us a key to a room already occupied…went to go in room and there was someone already in there…never happened before!
