Winter seasonal rental of duplex home for one family - no group occupancy will be permitted. The unit is attached to the owner’s residence on 5+ acres in a beautiful country setting. Impeccably maintained modern home ready to move in. The first floor offers a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with cathedral ceiling and lots of sunshine. The second level offers an additional bedroom plus private sitting/study area. Hot water baseboard heat, washer, dryer and standby automatic generator. Tenant will be responsible for heat, electric and snow removal of the outside pdeck and stairs. Owner provides snow plowing of driveway and parking area.
