Room was dirty and the property hasn't been kept up. For example the mirror in the bath room was coming apart. Other little things, there was no peep hole cover. Overpriced for what you got. The lady at the front desk gushed about all the drinks included... 2 small bottles of water, coffee and a $5 bottle of wine... wow

The pier facing room we started in was loud but the front desk quickly changed us to the other side of building and it was great. The facilities were very nice and my wife loved the spa. My wife raved about Margo in the Spa.

I feel the staff was not that nice. The lady who checked me was not friendly at all. The room was not ready and this was after 5:30pm waited about 20 mins she gave me a 50. Food credit didn’t know how to use that and they wouldn’t let it go towards anything thing else the room was clean but if you really look around thank goodness I had whips and spray to clean it

Amazing! Great service, love the free bottle of wine and waters! Beds were super cozy and very nice to have beach towels and chairs provided by hotel.
