When I arrived, the housekeeper was still there cleaning due to a late check-out from the previous occupants. She was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the AC in the unit was not working. I was assured maintenance would be there that evening to repair it or leave a portable unit. Maintenance did not come by that evening. I stayed somewhere else. When I returned the next morning, the ac was still not working, so I cancelled my booking. The owner was responsive and assured me that I would be refunded the stay. Both the owner and VRBO made the situation right and I have no complaints. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The housekeeper was friendly and accommodating even offering to purchase more washcloths for our stay. Although we were unable to stay, they made it right and we would book this location again if needed.

Property was exactly as described —close enough for work, shops, and restaurants. Kay reached out to inform us of check in and out process—and when I did need to update, she replied promptly. I know if we would have had any issues she would have been right on it, but we had no issues.
