Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was nice, the lady at front desk when i checked in was very good, nice and helpful. The guy at front desk when i checked out on sunday morning was slow and didnt seem too sure of what he was doing. A couple of people in line got tired of waiting just dropped key card on counter and said they were checking out. As for the rooms, there was no hot water, just warm, no cups for drinking, no wash cloths. Had to use hand towels for wash cloths. Only working ice machine was on 1st floor, the ones on 2,3, & 4 had out of order signs on them.

while staff was friendly, they are limited with supplies on hand...our rooms had no wash clothes, blankets, tv didn't work (could turn on, no remote, given one but wouldn't interface), dated bathroom (caulking coming loose around tub)...unable to get a printed receipt (had to wait for corporate to approve ink, what we were told)...elevator was missing button (to be able to open door for friends to get on), and would not show what floor you would stop at. Guess you get what you pay for.
