This was the worst experience ever, and I checked out within a few hours. I got to the hotel about 12 am. The first room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. Once we got all the luggage up the stairs, the door would not close. I initially asked for a first floor, and the attendant stated they were all booked. Once the door would not close, we had to bring all luggage downstairs. The second room which was on the first floor, the lights did not come on when the attendant tried. The third room which was on the first floor we took because we were exhausted. The door did not lock, so we put a chair against it. Some of the outlets did not work. The worst part was it started snowing, and the heater did not work. It was extremely cold in the room. This place need to be closed DOWN! There is no breakfast there either, so please dont advertise breakfast. What an awful experience in Huntsville, Alabama!!!

Deposits are BIG!! Room was clean, bed had burn holes but no bedbugs:) The “continental” breakfast was stale muffins, old oranges and some bran. The coffee is okay.

Inexpensive with no obvious signs of illegal behavior. No bed bugs, but there are cockroaches. Front desk managers are sometimes helpful, sometimes extra sticklers for hotel protocol (not taking credit card over the phone).
