Initially was given an occupied room. Walked in on a man in bed. Subsequently was told Expedia overbooked and no room was available. Ultimately was provided a room at almost 10:00 PM. When going to get additional luggage saw other customers complaining about being given occupied rooms as well.

I had a pleasant experience, did not have much interaction with staff when I came but they were friendly enough. The one downside was cleaning had to be requested but I didn’t need it that often as I was just there for the weekend.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was vwry friendly. Breakfast was good, but the second day my wife wanted another pancake but they ran out. She waited but she didnt get another one and gave up. The hotwl is in a busy area and very noisy for us on the street side. Also it was very bright in the morning.

The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy Bridge Street. It was also quiet and they offered an extra late checkout (2pm) for a low cost. However, the hand towel housekeeping hung by my bathroom sink had brown spots on it before I’d even used it and the toilet seat had a dried yellow spot that wiped off easily with Lysol. Make of that what you will… Breakfast runs from 7am until 10am on Saturday morning and by the time I arrived at 9:05am, the kitchen area was an absolute mess with seemingly no one attending to it. It wasn’t very busy either so that was hard to explain away. Good variety of food when items were refilled.

This was my first time staying here. Cleanliness & size of room was fine. The daily breakfast was only ok. I didn't care for the powder eggs or potatoes. The oatmeal and juices were good. Also, the coffee was very weak and should be changed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did not like my room location, which was on 1st floor. I've never stayed in a room on first floor of any hotel. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Preety nice place to stay

The check in receptionist were always fantastic, full of cheer, and pleasant. The room was adequate. The only negative is that the rooms do not recieve detailed attention when serviced. The air vent in the bathroom was caked with dust and laps had dust built up on the shades. Breakfast area and food was wonderful.
