This hotel was 'meh'.

The hotel room was clean, but several things were broken or poorly maintained in the room: shower handle came off, bathroom fan not working properly, heater/ac unit not working properly, fridge not cold and freezer not usable, tv not working properly. In addition our hotel room card deactivated before our scheduled checkout time, the pool tables were not open when advertised, and the restaurant was closed. But it seemed clean so good job to the cleaning staff.

Great Value

Great hotel, especially for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean, great shower. Has fun amenities with a bowling alley and pool tables. Pool/hot tub is great as well. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel for the fire and ice festival, the room and beds were comfy but the noise level at late hours was unacceptable with kids running up and down the hall out side our room. Parking is limited and inconvenient as they run a bowling alley open to the public so there is no space for Paying guests at the hotel. Staff are rude about it as well. The hair dryer was also full of hair. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again!

Very busy weekend with the fire and ice festival, the staff was extremely helpful and polite despite how busy they were. Also got free tickets to the festival with our stay! Bricebridge is a beautiful town and this was a nice comfortable weekend getaway.

Good pick for a night away from Toronto! While we did not have a chance to use the facilities, the retro swimming pool weight room were neat to see. There are also bowling lanes in the building (separate fees apply).

It was nice to have the pool,hot tub and sauna. Even better was having a bowling alley 🎳 in the hotel. The view was very nice and access to downtown was easy

The room was not clean. Found hair inside the bedsheets....... The pillows had a fragrance to them. Similar to hair gel or aftershave, not fabric softener nor detergent. The staff had mentioned it could be the fabric softener but she did say the previous occupants were men. I asked for a pillow exchange, we had 8 pillows, out of the 4 that I returned(from one of the 2 queen beds) one came back smelling still like the aftershave/hairgel. The bathroom paint was peeling, probably due to excess moisture as the fan wasn't working/been removed. Floors were dirty when we walked in. Microwave was dirty. Overall we weren't impressed with the cleanliness, it felt like our room was given a wipe down and beds were remade. Phone did not work. Pool was great though. The front desk staff was great. Expectations were low due to the price but we did expect to have a clean room. Parking was good. Noise level from outside was great but we could hear people inside the hotel yelling or a baby crying....etc. but it could be because the door didn't have a great seal. Only 2 stars for area around the property because the snow could have been removed alot better from the sidewalks.

Smoke detectors were on counter in room not hooked up and the water for the jacuzzi was cold. 2 nights I stayed there and both nights water was cold so I was unable to have or use the jacuzzi. I made complaint to front desk and nothing was done about it I was told “we will make a note sir”What was the point of renting this king size suite to not be able to use it for what it is. Very disappointed
