When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. When we went back to the front desk they upgraded our room to one of their best rooms. The room was spacious and had been updated. The hot water in the bathroom didn’t work. The bed was old. The room was dirty and smelled like air freshener. The TV was old and very confusing as there was no remote. Their was a hot tub in the room. Once we started filling it their was all kinds of stuff floating around. The smoke detector was broken and kept beeping every 30 seconds. There was no elevator in the hotel and we were on the second floor. This is not an accessible property. We will NEVER book a Quality inn in the future.
