Perfect location for a family spring break getaway. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful river location while being within a 15 minute drive or so of restaurants and attractions. The hot tub was nice, the kitchen was well appointed, HVAC and hot water were great, beds comfortable. Only things missing for us were a firepit outside and a door to the ensuite bathroom - it is open to the bedroom so best for just one person in that room.

Me and two friends were down to play golf for the week. House fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and had all we needed. It was so nice to sit and relax on the back porch after aa long day in the sun. Kellie was very helpful with dinner directing us too local food options. If we come back, definitely know where we will be staying.
