Was cheated by Expedia Hotel Listing!
We booked this hotel from Expedia. Their listing about this room is not clearly to show up THIS IS NOT Marriott! We thought we got the good bargain with this 5 star hotel accommodation, in the end we stayed the room is called “Suites Serviced by Marriott, Hurghada”.
Moreover, worse than that is Expedia booking system doesn’t show up to the Hotel which we already finished the payment when we booked the room!
Check in and confirm payment already done took us over 1 hour for waiting. This suppose is our beautiful night in fabulous vacation place, but because of this, when we got in the room already 22:00am... super tired and hungry... been through all of this make us feel really disappoint about this PRETTY FAMOUS Traveling Agency.
Besides, really appreciated Front Desk Supervisor Mr. Martin Nan to solve and arrange all for us! Thank you so much.
