The reception team were marvellous and made us feel very welcome. They took special care of us knowing that we moved from another hotel and the fact that it was our anniversary while we were there. Looking to go back later in the year with the whole family.

Room & catering generally good. Main concerns were noise level of animation team on PA system at the beach. Speaker facing out to sea could be heard across the bay at Stella Makadi. Announcements were very loud, but incomprehensible. Not even sure if language being spoken. Decibel level beyond safe for human ears. Inane & mindless dancing to repetitive tunes throughout the day Ditto at night, when noise levels were unacceptable & dangerous to hearing. There should be a quiet zone for relaxation. Also there was no designated non-smoking area. Sunbeds & outdoor tables are so close together that it's impossible to avoid secondary smoke. Not really 5 star.

We had amazing experience at Prima Life Makadi Bay. The area is nice and sunny, away from the chaotic Hurgada city center and perfect for good rest. Food options, pools and beach are great and suitable for adults and children. Special hi to Juice guy Mahmud who was so welcoming the entire time as well as as all members of Prima Life🌺🌺🌺

Breakfast portions and portions were great. The eggs station chef was always cooperative and helpful, plenty of veggies, fruit, bakery, and oven fresh bread and Egyptian Feteer. Same goes to the launch with so many fresh options, varied meal options including great pastry on offer. Dinner options varied every day with a specific themes each day that makes the dinner staff change the table clothing and their costume accordingly. Room service staff are wonderful and very helpful

Everything you need in the resort. Staff were amazing. Room was impeccable. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us - entertainment team were excellent, room service, food and beverage, Sama the massage therapist all wonderful. Couldn’t fault it. Perfect trip.
