Our large 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house is perfect for a large family or suitable for multiple families. Direct view of Lake Erie with access to a neighborhood private sandy beach and your own private heated inground pool.
Fully equipped open concept kitchen with cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker and 12 cup coffee maker, dishware & flatware, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove/oven, oversized refrigerator and freezer combo.
General: Wifi (250+ Mbps), linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, 2 sets of full size washer & dryer, laundry detergent, central heat & air conditioning, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, starter paper towels and toilet paper (may need to replenish during your stay).
RULES:
- No Smoking/Vaping inside the home - subject to deep cleaning fee and removal
- No pets allowed - subject to removal from the premises
- No events, parties or large gatherings without consent - subject to removal from the premises
- Must be 25 years of age to book
- Photo ID may be required at check-in
