This is an honest review of what could be an even better property with a little more attention to detail. The layout of this home is perfect to come together and have your own space. It’s roomy and comfortable and we had a wonderful time hanging out, soaking in the jacuzzi and enjoying the view with our morning coffee. Unfortunately there is so much water damage (not the owner/manager fault) but there looks to be zero attempt to cosmetically fix this. Also, the cleaning crew needs to spend more time cleaning all the glass throughout this home. The picture windows are filthy and somewhat alarmingly dirty at night when you turn the lights on. The kitchen light fixtures look like they’ve never been wiped down but the fingerprints suggest the bulbs have been changed many times. During the daylight these things are less visible and I did let the property management know they should give this some attention. We stayed in this home maybe 3 years ago and it was in much better shape. These issues wouldn’t steer us from booking again, but I think these issues need to be looked into. Management is so attentive and very nice, everything we needed addressed as answered almost immediately. Great stay just a few housekeeping issues.

Thanksgiving paradise

Perfect place for a great Thanksgiving holiday. Great staging point for offloading and within 40 minutes of Zion national Park. The house was fantastic. I wish the owner would’ve allowed us to use the pantry so we could store our dry goods. There was plenty of cabinet space, but it would’ve been nice to have access to the pantry. Sand Hollow resort is spectacular one of the best golf courses I’ve ever played , and the restaurant at the clubhouse was fantastic.

Fun Layout

Make sure you check in at the resort to get the garage door opener. — the water in the middle of the house is a hot tub not a pool — other houses do have small pools but this one has a hot tub but still perfect for us. The drinking water fountain in the kitchen was a huge hit with everyone. The location is great because one of the many ATV trails are located just across the street - no need to load and unload the ATV machines multiple times.

Absolutely loved this home, perfect accommodation’s for our group & great place to hang out and relax. Highly recommend adding that you need to check in at sand hollow resort office for keys/ access. It wasn’t listed anywhere on our booking application or email. Thanks
