Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings.
This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you’re arriving on a public holiday.
(Note: This does not apply to Airbnb bookings.)

Check-In / Check-Out Information
• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, public holidays)
• Check-Out: Strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods

If you're arriving outside of peak periods, early check-in may be possible – please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following house rules:
• No parties – this home is for quiet, family-friendly stays only
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
• Strictly no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors)
• No fireworks, firearms, or explosives
• No motorbike riding on the property
• No driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Failure to follow these rules may result in the early termination of your stay without refund, and forfeiture of your security bond. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition.
