The space
Our private 2 bedroom basement apartment of 850 sq ft, has been freshly renovated to create a stylish space and modern feel. You will have ample room to gather with family and friends to make memories you can cherish for a lifetime. In our large living room, accented by stunning art pieces, you will experience a light, airy ambience while you sink into our white leather sofas to relax with Netflix on our huge smart TV. Or curl up with a blanket while you read a good book in front of our cozy electric fireplace. In each of our tastefully decorated bedrooms, you’ll get a restful night of deep sleep on our luxurious King sized beds. We also have bedding for an additional 5th person to sleep on our sofa, and a good twin inflatable mattress for the 6th person. We have a complimentary washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience with laundry soap and softener sheets.

Make yourself at home in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast—refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker, bottled water, as well as cooking utensils and dinnerware. If you like, toss some steaks onto our outdoor gas grill, and enjoy dining around our patio table surrounded by our signature flower garden. Or enjoy a cup of coffee while lounging in a lawn chair.

In front of our house, you’ll find free street parking available with space for up to 4 vehicles. Our keyless entry will give you easy access anytime of day or night, and will be customized for you to make your stay secure. You’ll be able to self check-in at your convenience anytime after 4pm, and won’t have to worry about losing the keys or getting locked out.

We are conveniently located near the center of Hutchinson, KS, only a 5 minute drive from a large variety of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, coffee shops, and nightly entertainment. For a small, friendly town, Hutchinson has a lot to offer. Places like the Cosmosphere Space Museum and Underground Salt Museum are big hits for kids and adults alike. The apartment had all we needed for a great stay. There was coffee, tea, snacks, water and even fresh baked brownies! The beds were comfy and all the side lamps had multiple use charging cables. We would stay here again if in Hutchinson.

This is a very nice property. We had a high school (we've been out of school for a "number of years") girls weekend. We came from Australia, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Kansas to be together. The location was perfect for us. The owners were very accommodating, prompt in our communications, and made the most delicious brownies for us. I highly recommend this accommodation. Great place to stay. Hosts were very nice and supplied several extra comforts that just weren't expected. They were also very helpful and allowed us to check out late since our flight didn't leave until later in the day. Check-in was a breeze with an electronic lock that they program specifically for you.

Short wedding trip

While we didn't stay long, as we were only in town for a wedding, the house was very clean and Lil had treats set aside for us. They are quick to respond with any messages we had for questions.
