Where will I be?
The Boathouse has a lovely natural bush setting in the increasingly sought after Silver Strand Circle. You will discover that this is a quiet and peaceful pocket of Hyams Beach, yet still only a two minute walk to the main beach. It is also an easy stroll up to the cafe for coffee or a meal.
Why choose the Boathouses?
The high ceilings and open plan living create a wonderful space to relax. Open the French doors to the deck and let the breeze blow in, all while relaxing in the hammock.
How is the property laid out?
Boathouse Two is a three level home. You enter via the front deck through bifold doors into the open plan living, with well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining areas. On the next level you have the second bedroom, with a queen and single bed, and the combined laundry and bathroom. You also acess the backyard through the laundry. On the top level is the master bedroom, which is loft style (open, yet private), with an ensuite and walk in robe. Very stylish, and very comfortable! The lounge area has a combustion wood stove for creating great warmth and ambience on a chilly day.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
What about outdoors?
There is a small yard with a washing line out the back of Boathouse One. The living area opens onto the front deck, which has a hammock to relax in.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is a combustion fireplace in the living area for the cooler months. There are pedestal fans for the warmer days, and the louvred windows allow the breeze through the house.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Boathouse Two supplies linen and bath towels. Please remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Boathouse Two has parking for one car and shares a driveway with the next door property.

What are the minimum stay rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
