The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast and dinners was nice too. Room was clean and bed cosy, slept well whilst there for 3 nights.

Room was fabulously clean and neat. Water good and hot. Staff were all polite and friendly. A few issues with the coffee machine at breakfast and the overall temperature of the rooms being very hot were the only downsides.

Very basic rooms. No fridge available. Beds ate uncomfortable. Bathroom had no hand wash or body wash - no handset to request anything you must request via webchat with a bot and nothing gets done so you then need to go and find housekeeping. The cot bed had no mattress, requested one and was told there is only 1 member of staff working until 11pm so i must wait for another nember of staff to arrive before my request is fulfilled. There was no mattress so i was given a kingsize duvet to use as a mattress. Bad experience overall.
