I had booked a non smoking room, and we got a room that smelled so much of cigarettes. It was very suffocating. The whole of the hotel could do with a nice perfume or something about the overall fragrance. It really smelled bad everywhere

Overall stay was very nice, but the day we arrive they didn’t give us a welcome drink and let us do breakfast as we had it included in our reservations.
