The hotel states that they have a 24 room service menu, even in the room it is listed as 24 hours but they do not. They also state that they have an ironing board available, but they do not. They take your ironing away as a service which took nearly an hour and made me miss breakfast and made me late.

People were smoking cigarettes in 7th floor, later I learned this hotel 2nd floor is smoking allowed floor, with air-condition blowing. I could not bare and could not seep, it was kind of 11pm, otherwise i would have got and found a better place. Of course, I never stay in this hotel again. and will every friend thinking about staying, i will at least tell them avoid this property. Weather you smoke in 1st floor or 2nd or 3rd, the place is going to stink like a cigarette. If they think they can contain air to one floor that is never going to happen, hot air will always go up. but common sense is not common. I need to repeat it to myself.

Stay here was comfortable. Location is quite central. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread has good variety. The hallways look dated but the room itself is updated and clean.

Very poorly managed and maintained

I reserved the deluxe suite. The bathroom shower, tub and the toilet pot were in terrible condition. They shouldn’t be called a 4 star hotel with that kind of maintenance.

Worst hotel experience

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. There were several issues, including inconsistent keycard functionality and concerns regarding security protocols. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged for basic amenities such as ice. I hope the hotel management will take steps to address these concerns and improve the overall guest experience.

Location probably is their selling point. The room was filled with bad smell. Bathroom was the same. Had taken pictures too. I had reservation for 2 people with breakfast included. However, for some reason they wanted to check ID of my guest and his US license was not acceptable to them and we were charged for the buffet even though they accepted that I had paid for it already. However they insisted that the ID of my guest was not acceptable. That would have been fine as paying for that was not an issue but the front desk staff was totally weird and rude when they were questioned. Instead of properly answering our query they were rude and started talking in their native language and just made us feel uneasy. Their courtesy only is to constantly get in your face with their namaste but when needed the customer service that’s what I had to face. I was in room 702 and they need to check on the persistent odor in that room. I have taken pictures that could be provided too

Good: location is safe and quiet , although most of the stuff is at least 15-25 minutes away. You must have Internet / phone connection to book a cab / uber if you didn’t take a rental out. Clean Hotel. Bad: the bathroom has no ventilation , so after shower when steam and dirt from the walls combined and becomes vapour , it then just drips in bathroom. Booked for 3 persons and everyday got only 2 towels . I had to call everyday to get an extra towel( reason : I don’t know). My bed linen and pillows were not changed for the 7 days we were at the hotel ( I had clipped a safety pin to the pillow and that safety pin stayed at same spot ). At check-in , the checkin person was very rude . I had asked simple questions and he just brushed us off. For eg., I had forgotten to order breakfast , so I asked the process they have for breakfast. He gave me the answer at last after been rude and arrogant. I had not yet given any tip when we arrived at the hotel, because we had not exchanged money yet. So any questions around the surrounding like, laundry , shopping center, taxis, the entrance persons, just shrugged us off. So basically, no tip no talk.
