Our stay

The property was very modern and clean. You definitely need a car as the property is quite high up . Is ideal if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The swimming pool that belonged to the owner below looked very inviting and would be great if you could use it during the day .

Magnifique! La casa si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e rilassante, un po' collinare, leggermente e gradevolmente ventilata. L'appartamento è molto carino, arredato con gusto, pratico, completo di tutto, ma davvero di tutto, e il terrazzo è estremamente godibile. L'unica pecca è il parcheggio privato piuttosto ripido, ma si trova facilmente posto appena fuori dalla proprietà anche in pieno agosto. È stata una vacanza splendida, anche se Hyeres non è una città pet friendly!

Soggiorno fantastico!La posizione in collina: avendo due strade di accesso è ottimo per andare a Giens (meno di 10 minuti) e per andare nell' entroterra; qui regna tranquillità non ci sono vicini chiassosi e non si sentono le auto sulla strada principale; Il panorama è qui che aspetta il turista.I serramenti insonorizzano bene, quando è tutto chiuso non senti neppure il tuo respiro. Pace e serenità.Pulizia: casa pulita, in ordine. Cucina: grande cucina, tutto funzionante e ben disposto. Frigorifero metá sopra, frizzer metá sotto, se fate tanta spesa si riempie subito. Presenti gli utensili essenziali per cucinare. Forno molto pulito. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie ok. Piastre a induzione veloci e prestanti.Internet: linea potente senza interruzioni. Ottima.Letto largo 160 con materasso abbastanza comodo. Presenti ripiani per appoggiare cose e prese corrente comode. Check in: facile e veloce seguendo le precisissime indicazioni di Barbara. Lei e suo marito sono simpatici e MOLTO disponibili.Varie: fuori dall'appartamento si possono lavare i piedi prima di entrare in casa grazie al rubinetto con canna dell'acqua. Televisione connessa a internet di medie dimensioni, si vede e sente bene. Presente presa HDMI per collegarsi con il proprio PC. Divano e poltrona comodi e con ampia seduta. Carina la panchetta sotto finestra con 4 cuscini. Capiente e comoda pattumiera. Presenti quasi tutti prodotti per pulizia e cura della casa. Giudizio Super!Esperienza indimenticabile, grazie!

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, très propre, très bien équipée, situé dans une propriété tranquille et magnifique. A quelques minutes des plages, du port et des commerces. Belle location mais localisation et accès décevants

Belle location. Très bien équipée (climatisation appréciable). Petits bémols : localisation et accès dans une propriété privée sur une colline avec 7 épingles à cheveux pour atteindre la location avec une descente impressionnante pour garer le véhicule au pied du logement. "Proximité" relative des commerces : compter 30 mn pour ramener du pain frais au petit déjeuner. Comme indiqué sur l'annonce le véhicule motorisé est INDISPENSABLE pour visiter HYERES

Super logement !

Joli appartement bien équipé ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La grande terrasse est très appréciable et est totalement fermée, ce qui nous a permis de laisser notre toutou en liberté dans le logement. La place de stationnement privatisée et ombragée est également très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Il faut être véhiculé pour avoir accès aux plages et autres commodités mais tout est à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un week-end entre filles dans ce super appartement de Barbara situé dans un quartier calme, très agréable, bien placé et sécurisé. Tout était parfait, la propreté, les équipements et les échanges avec la propriétaire qui a été disponible et à l'écoute pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Une excellente semaine au Mont des Oiseaux !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement tres bien pensé et agencé, situe dans un nid de verdure, et avec une belle vue sur la Presqu'île de Giens. Les photos du site reflètent fidèlement l'appartement. La communication avec la propriétaire fut au surplus tres fluide et aucun accroc n'est venu perturber notre sejour à Hyères, une excellente base de départ pour visiter une région enchanteresse. Nous esperons pouvoir y revenir tantôt. Je recommande cette location !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, au calme et très bien situé. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et les prestations sont de qualité. La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos questions rapidement. Nous avons surtout découvert la nature environnante: Porquerolles et Presqu’île de Giens. Magnifique ! Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette escapade à Hyères.

Appartement irréprochable

Nous avons passé un week-end avec nos 2 enfants dans l'appartement de Barbara. Ce charmant haut de Villa securisé avec entrée indépendante et accès libre grâce au portail electrisé. Le logement est neuf donc une literie très confortable, un king size très appréciable ; une cuisine fonctionnelle. Notre fils de 5 ans a adoré la mezzanine pour dormir qu'il a appelé "sa cabane". Nous avons pu largement mettre un lit bébé dans la chambre. Une décoration soignée, un ameublement de qualité, une terrasse ensoleillée et paisible. Beaucoup d'attentions qui plaisent : serviettes de toilette, lits faits à l'arrivée, café, thé, papier toilette, essuie-tout, livres, enceinte portable, jeux pour les enfants, produits menagers, petits électroménager à disposition. Des hôtes aux petits soins, très discrets et fort sympathiques. Il faut être impérativement vehiculé comme le précise Barbara dans son annonce. Nous reviendrons !
