For shared use: natural state property with meadow. Fish-processing table. In the house: tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor boat (on order), parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Salbu" 500 m, ferry "Bergen" 146 km. Fishing possibilities 300 m. Please note: the complex has another 4 houses for rent.
"Oasen", 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2016, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. View of the sea and fjord. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
