Ibagué accommodation from NZ$39

Very gorgeous hotel located in the penthouse of a building. The views are breathtaking from wherever you are at. The staff was very friendly and helpful however the guy on reception was a little tough and his vibe was not friendly. Love the breakfast area and the breakfast in general, the coffee could be more dark roast for my taste and a little hotter. The rooms were very clean and excellent views to the city. The pool are very nice and Cousy definitely not for families was more for couples and because is too small the guy in charge on the pool was always supervising and watching hard like we were doing something wrong making us feel a little bother. He kept asking if we were registered in the hotel or we were paying to use the pool… made us feel out of place… to the point we brought our passports out to prove we were staying in the hotel… very uncomfortable. Like the jacuzzi but I never tried the steam room. At the time of check out we got to the taxi and the guy said the reception never made us sign a paper from the begging and we have to wait in the taxi until the guy brought the paper down to sign. Anyway the stay was great I’ll book in the future again.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The facade of the Hotel needs a fresh paint. The hotel is a little bit dated. Needs an updated particularly the bathrooms. The staff was very welcoming and very relaxed. I like the fact they have fresh cold water, tea and coffee at the reception. The rooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool was huge but they could keep it a little more clean same the jacuzzi, you can see the grease in the water. Very relaxing with beautiful vegetation and nature trees, we even spotted 2 eagles very gorgeous. The breakfast area was clean and I was expecting buffet style which you serve yourself, the person serving was very limited I have to keep asking for more… a little inconvenient sounds like I was begging for food. Exiting the hotel can be very challenging if you don’t have a car. Ordering a taxi can take forever so if you don’t want to wait you have walk some to catch a taxi on the main road which is busy area as well and that’s another wait. In general the experience was good and we definitely book again in the future.
