Staff weren't very friendly (even when I attempted to speak to them in Spanish). Rooms weren't cleaned properly, ie- dirty towels. Food was very poor. However, poolside was nice and free drinks tokens were a nice idea

Amazing hotel, amazing experience! I would definitely recommend it! Kind staff (specially Simona and Angelo). Great food, amazing pool, great location!

All-inclusive option is insanely good value for money and highly recommend. Hotel room walls are paper-thin so sleep can be difficult. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Overall, good value for the price paid, and would return.

Room was outdated and dirty. It had a cigarette smell and we found chewing gum in one of the tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok also
