Modern and clean hotel, really helpful staff. The reception is very busy they probably can have more people there, any time I went there was a bit of a wait, and a couple of times when I called I couldn't get through to anyone. Otherwise the breakfast has fantastic options. The room is spacious and feels clean. We had a beautiful view of the water too.

Enjoyable 4 days in the sunshine ☀️

Hubby and I wanted a get away that was easy. The twiins was well maintained clean and well laid out. We had a high floor room as requested over looking the pool. Walking distance from Ibiza town and Bossa with ferry bus at the shore edge. Food was good and we were there all inclusive. Wines were great and drinks on offer. Sunbeds were plenty at high of season. Twiin please please please stick to your strict rules of no towels reserving beds as it’s a god send and would encourage me back!! Bar service in both joy and life were lovely but the pool bar not so good. They often found prepping or doing drinks for waiters more important so you’re left hanging trying to get attention. The bee 🐝 sting of whole stay was the (would like to swear here) staff who was tasked to sweep the pool area in the morning…. With an air blower !!! Started at 8am and finish around 9.30 am all the way through breakfast completely ruining everyone’s calm peaceful morning coffee. This happened every morning. I have video footage. It was so loud you could barely have a conversation on the breakfast veranda it was exhausting! Second day I mentioned it to the reception and they just struggled. Another niggle is the hotel is at the waters edge but the gates directly out are locked so if you fancy a paddle in the sea you had to go out the main entrance and all the way round the side. Seemed a bit silly. Entertainment was entertaining 👌

Stay away from this awful hotel!!!!

This hotel is absolutely mid. The service sucks, it took forever to get anything. Room service was also unavailable, the rooms themselves were marginal with a bed of that resemble the hospital bed, with pillows that were probably about two dollars apiece. Also, the food quality was OK not great. If you get the all-inclusive, the drinks are limited with cheap alcohol and premium drinks are €20 apiece. The staff really does not know or doesn’t care what they’re doing. Try to book a boat, and they had no clue of when the tour company was going to come back and work so we just bypass it all together. The pool had a lot of rules as well, we had to drink on the side of the pool, even though we had plastic containers, which made no sense. Literally, nobody knew what the hell they were doing at this hotel or didn’t care. Also the elevators took forever, and our extremely small one actually broke down during our stay. Also, to add insult to injury, someone smeared excrement on the floor of one of the elevators during one of our nights there totally disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel is that they did come and make up the room every day I didn’t forget. Finally, the day we were supposed to leave, they started banging on the door, having us get out as quickly as possible, as I wanted to backfill the of the room. Totally unprofessional. Stay away from this dumb one of the worst hotels in Ibiza.

Great Escape in Ibiza

Great location and very clean and modern hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous too! It's a nice and tranquil place to escape the Ibiza party scene too. I would stay here again.

Customer service was great however they only had two restaurants . One for breakfast and one for Lunch dinner . The restaurant that were on their page were closed , I wish we knew . The restraints also close early . The smell in the room was horrible, smelled like sewer.

The Ibiza Twiins staff were always professional and attentive. Housekeeping was very good and cleaned our room daily. I think the property itself is not the newest but it was well maintained. I think it gets a bit too noisy too early on pool deck with music and pool aerobic class but that is a personal preference since I come to Ibiza for the nightlife and prefer to rest in the afternoon.
