Welcome to Sunburst!
This charming 4 bed 2 bath 1800 sq. ft. town home is the perfect location for your home away from home. The gorgeous townhome is brand new and comes with all the creature comforts you need. This location can sleep up to 7 adults but is set up best for up to 4-5 adults and 2 children. It has plenty of extra room including a dedicated workspace with a stand up or sit-down desk and there is also work out weights and a treadmill for those who like to stay in shape. All bedrooms are on the top floor along with the laundry room for convenience. Master bedroom is very large with a comfortable master bath with separate shower and tub and power window coverings to darken the room for those day sleepers.
On the main floor there is an ample spaced living area that flows into the modern kitchen that has all the necessary items and the half bathroom. Two car garage with a third parking space rounds this charmer off.
