Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home and property during their stay. We kindly request that guests remove shoes inside the cabin.

Other Things to Note:
1. The cabin is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask that guests obsrve Quiet times from 10pm to 8 am and be respectful of outside noise after dusk as sound travels easily in the mountains.

2. Before your stay, we will send you additional details such as your check-in and check-out times, the number of guests staying, and some general house rules and information. Additionally, we will provide our contact information in case you need to reach us.

3. Additional guests or visitors after 8 persons, including children (but not infants), will incur a $50 per person, per night extra fee. Additional guests or visitors are only allowed upon booking or after property manager's approval.

NOTE. The host is not responsible for any power outages, or utility interruptions, whether planned or unplanned, caused by SCE outages, propane delivery issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to inform you of any planned outages or widespread issues.
