Surpreendente

Nossa primeira vez em Igaratá não podia ter sido melhor. Com uma excelente vista, a casa é bem grande, do jeito que está descrito no anúncio. Possui todos os utensílios básicos de uma casa, não senti falta de nada. A piscina fica um pouco longe da casa sede, mas é normal uma caminhadinha para quem vai para um sítio. A internet estava ok, não sentimos nenhuma lentidão. Lugar super tranquilo, voltaremos em breve.

Falta de privacidade

A casa fica numa região muito bonita e possui uma boa estrutura. Porém, necessita de manutenção (telas nas janelas e portas para evitar a entrada de pernilongos e mosquitos: pedras da piscina, azulejos da piscina soltos) e limpeza de alguns itens. Mas o que mais nos chocou foi a falta de PRIVACIDADE, pois a mesma possui câmeras de monitoramento na área interna e externa ( sala, cozinha, corredor, varandas e piscina).

Falta manutenção na casa

A casa é ampla com uma vista maravilhosa, mas falta manutenção. A casa estava cheirando ruim, por ficar muito fechada. Os travesseiros e cobertores estavam cheirando mofo/naftalina e não puderam ser usados. E não levamos, porque nos foi informado que a casa possui esses itens. O fogão é muito velho e estava constantemente com cheiro de gás. Tinhamos que desligar o botijão por segurança.

Estadia perfeita! Casa super confortável, grande, arejada e super bem equipada. Situada no alto de uma montanha, de onde se tem uma vista maravilhosa do entorno e, em especial, da represa. O sítio é muito grande e tem acesso com placas de concreto para, praticamente, toda a propriedade. A área de lazer é fantástica: Piscina grande, Churrasqueira grande e um mini campo de futebol com o gramado novinho e todo cercado para que a bola não desça morro abaixo. Tudo estava impecável - Limpeza e organização nota 10. Local perfeito para quem gosta de uma "baguncinha"saudável, mas também valoriza paz, sossego e a natureza. A proprietária, Laura Luna, esteve em contato comigo durante a estadia, preocupada se estava faltando algo e providenciando prontamente alguma necessidade eventual. Foi uma excelente estadia para a nossa família e é por isso que eu recomendo a todos este espaço. Vale muito a pena!!!
