This is a motel in the middle of nowhere between Rockhampton and Mackay and is clean, well run and very accommodating, nice refresh stop while we were travelling.

Only stayed because it's the only Pet Friendly in

Fluro Lights weren't working in bathroom or kitchen. Light in carport was on all night, with the light shining through the door, making it difficult to sleep through the night. No reception in room, with no WiFi either.

The motel was fine for what we needed and we have stayed here before and will again. However, it is not fancy so make sure you take your own food/meals. We didn’t need meals so that was fine for us. It is actually quiet, despite being near the Highway. The owner is helpful and courteous. It has everything you need if you are traveling and just need a place to call home for the night.
