Fantastic

Property is as good as it looks! Great house and host and we hope to visit again. Note that every room has its own shower room and sink but the WC is shared in the 3 upstairs rooms. We would definitely stay again!

Ty Marie is a special house in a fantastic location and Francois is a kind,helpful and thoughtful host who guided us through the arrival process (ferry with trolleys for our luggage from the port) and welcomed us to his family's house on this lovely island. Superb holiday, despite the occasionally unseasonal weather - thank you!

Petit paradis très bien situé

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par nos hôtes. La maison est située à 3 minutes à pied du port tout en étant protégée des nuisances du flot de touristes quotidien déversé sur l'île. L'accès immédiat à la plage est très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. La terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe et son jardin ombragé permet de profiter des extérieurs par tous les temps. Literie très bonne. Distribution d'une salle de bain par chambre appréciée. Cuisine fonctionnelle et conviviale avec sa vue sur le jardin. Nous reviendrons !

Das Haus hat absolut alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt - die Beschreibung trifft in allen Belangen zu. Die Lage ist einfach einmalig: nahe zum Hafen , wo die Fähre anlegt, wie auch zum Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, trotzdem Direkt oberhalb des Strandes mit phantastischem Weitblick über den Golf von Morbihan. Das Haus ist in top Zustand, sehr schön mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet, toll eingerichteter Wohn-Küche mit Wintergarten. Sehr schön angelegter, intimer Garten. Wir wurden vom Besitzer herzlich empfangen mit Champagner im Kühlschrank .Auch unser Hund war willkommen, was in einem so schönen Ferienhaus eher die Ausnahme ist. Kurzum: es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt- und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

Maison conforme à la description, spacieuse, bien aménagée. La cuisine est juste splendide avec sa verrière baignée par le soleil dès le matin. Le sous sol est magique pour les petits et les grands!!! Toutes les pièces ont une vue exceptionnelle. Et la terrasse!! quelle vue!! L'exposition sud ouest est très appréciable. La proximité des commerces .. En bref, un petit PARADIS Les propriétaires sont charmants, avec en plus un petit panier d'accueil très savoureux!!

Notre séjour à l'Île aux Moines a été largement à la hauteur de nos attentes Cadre de vacances exceptionnel avec une vue sur le Golfe dont on ne se lasse pas, maison spacieuse et très agréable à vivre, emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du port et du bourg. Très belles balades à l’intérieur et le long des côtes de cette île magnifique et .... régime poissons, fruits de mer et crustacés, grâce aux bons offices, même hors saison, de l’ostréiculteur local et du poissonnier. Enfin, un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse…. et ses nombreux conseils fort utiles.

beauté, calme et volupté

Un des plus beau point de vue de l'île, au lever comme au coucher du soleil avec sa belle terrasse bois (vous aimerez les dégradés de couleurs) Une île magnifique entretenue et sauvage à la fois. Vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer des vacances reposantes et dépaysantes. Faire de la marche, du vélo, de la voile... La maison est très agréable avec vue sur l'océan de presque toutes les fenêtres, bien équipée et n'oublions pas surtout le propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et de très bon conseil , passionné par son île et sa maison familiale et on le comprend...Merci encore pour tout !

Emplacement idéal

Maison remarquablement située, proche du port et de La plage de l'Ile aux moines. L' intérieur est agréable, fonctionnel tout en gardant le charme et le caractère de la maison de famille. Très belle maison de famille

Très belle maison de famille : personnelle et vivante. Magnifique situation sur l'île. Équipement complet, rien ne manque. La cuisine-véranda est géniale : toujours l'impression de prendre les repas dehors, même s'il vente ou s'il pleut (ça arrive ;-) ). On apprécie de trouver disponible dans les placards les ingrédients de base.

Une vue exceptionnelle depuis chaque fenêtre

Ne vous est-il pas quelquefois arrivé de souhaiter vivre quelques jours dans une de ces belles villas balnéaires de début de siècle, à l'emplacement privilégié? Nous si! C'est pourquoi nous avons loué cette maison. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les deux atouts maîtres en sont la vue exceptionnelle depuis chacune de ses fenêtres (que ce soit sur la mer ou sur le jardin) et l'accès direct à la très belle plage. En outre, la maison a une âme avec ses souvenirs et ses meubles cirés. Sa grande véranda cuisine est très agréable et bien équipée. Nous étions cinq. Nos deux enfants et leur grand mère ont occupé les trois chambres du 1e étage, mon mari et moi la chambre du rez de chaussée. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur une belle semaine d'avril et nous avons pu nous baigner. La proximité de la maison permet de se réchauffer rapidement!

Grâce aux nombreuses photos et au descriptif précis nous étions en vacances avant d'arriver dans ce lieu enchanteur! Les promesses ont été confirmées. Si l'on veut rester tranquille à l'abri des touristes (nombreux surtout en août) on peut rester dans le jardin à l'ombre de très beaux pins tout en ayant vue sur la mer, si l'on aime le monde on va au village, facilement accessible à pied. Nous étions 4 adultes et nous aurions pu être 6 sans problème. Les conseils donnés par le propriétaire étaient complets et clairs, notre restaurant préféré restant le San Francisco! Seul point gris, le bateau de Port Blanc à l'île aux Moines ne fonctionne que jusqu'à 22 heures¨ Lîle aux Moines peut convenir à tous puisque l'on y trouve de belles plages (surtout celle devant le maison); pour les sportifs il y a la voile, la marche, et le vélo; pour les amateurs de culture des concerts et des expositions de peinture sont organisés. En bref, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances!

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable. Maison en tout points conforme aux photos du site. Ile aux Moines à l'ambiance tout ilienne bien qu'à 5 minutes du continent. Plage devant la maison. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

au rythme de la marée

cette maison a l'avantage d'être les pieds dans l'eau, sur la plage, avec une vue géniale sur le golfe, permettant de profiter du rythme des marées et des couleurs des spies remontant le grand courant. coté jardin, on retrouve presque le calme d'une maison de campagne. La grande cuisine, sous la veranda, est une vraie piece de vie où tout s'organise. très conviviale et très bien équipée, elle permet d'organiser de vrais repas familiaux. très proche du port mais sans en avoir les conséquences négatives, cette maison est aussi à 5mn du bourg. finalement, et après 4 années d'utilisation, nous ne nous lassons pas du lieu!!
