Just 250 m from the wild coast beach, our family home sits on a 1,800 m² wooded plot, offering you peace, quiet, and comfort. Your baby and children will enjoy the spacious grounds. Many household appliances are at your disposal. The house features Wi-Fi and bins for recycling and composting.



A few steps from the beach, Maison 250m plage - grand jardin avec intérieur sans marche is located in L'Île-d'Yeu. The 100 m² property includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, and washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
