The contemporary house (construction completed in early 2019), very pleasant, is ideally located in an enclosed space with a garden (possibility to park the car in the property under a carport) and offering a shaded terrace.

It is located in a quiet area, in a street parallel to the beach and very easy to access from the main road and allows different activities without taking a car: the sea, access to the beach and nautical activities at 150 m of the house, tennis ...
From the house, various circuits are offered for hiking or mountain biking.

Very functional with its fitted kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine and dryer.

Possibility out of season for weekend rentals, bridges, Christmas / New Year, Ascension, Pentecost, or more depending on your needs and depending on availability.

Cleaning is optional (100 € package).
Sheets, towels, beach towels and tea towels can be provided for all stays (package € 8 per person).
The heating offers the comfort of the off season: electricity according to consumption

A deposit of 300 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on the day of departure (except damage or additional cleaning).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 14 tägigen Aufenthalt in dem Haus in der Bretagne im August. Dieses Haus liegt wirklich unmittelbar eine Straße entfernt am Strand. Es absolut liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In jeder Ecke entdeckt man etwas deko. Die Zimmer sind sehr persönlich und ebenfalls individuell eingerichtet. Alles ist in einem super sauberen und neuen Zustand. Die Küche ist besser als zu Hause ausgestattet. Hier findet sich alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und mit tollen Duschen ausgestattet. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse, die den Regen abhält. Ein lustiger Anbau ist als Grill und Apero Ecke zu sehen. Wir haben einen Weber Kugelgrill und eine Plancha vorgefunden. Das Grundstück ist komplett umschlossen. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen dem Zustand des Hauses. Die Räume waren aber zum Teil frisch renoviert, so dass sie noch schöner waren, als auf dem Bild. Ein Holzschupoen und die Garage waren abgeschlossen und nicht zugänglich, da sie sicherlich von den Besitzern benutzt werden. Fahrräder haben wir nicht gefunden, hätten aber sicherlich bei Bedarf beim Agenten zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Der Kontakt mit der Agentin vor Ort lief unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox. Selbst das vergessene elektronische Gerät wird uns nachträglich zugeschickt. Volle Punktzahl für dieses Objekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen !

Super Urlaub

Haus und Interieur sowie die Ausstattung absolut Klasse. Es war alles da was man brauchte (Liegewiese mit Feuerstelle und entsprechenden Liegen und Stühlen). Teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit 8 Stühlen und großem Tisch sowie separat übergroßem Sonnenschirm. Sehr großer Sandstrand in 100 m. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances en famille avec ados

Très bon séjour à l ile Tudy dans dans une maison très agréable, tres propre et très bien équipée. Localisation idéale pour profiter de la plage et du centre nautique mais également proche de la cale et ses restaurants. Accueil par une conciergerie disponible et communication efficace avec des propriétaires disponibles autant qu ils le peuvent. Un remerciement spécial pour la compréhension et l aide qu ils nous ont apportés spontanément en fin de séjour.

Sehr schönes Haus am Meer!

Sehr gut ausgestattet, bequemer Stellplatz, netter Garten mit Hängematte, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Grill, gute Betten, freundlicher Empfang, 3 Min. zu Fuß zum schönen Strand, kleiner, gut ausgestatteter Lebensmittelladen in der Parallelstraße, mit dem Auto nur 5 Min. zum SuperU, netter Platz am Hafen von ÎleTudy in ca. 1.5 km Entfernung mit verschiedenen Restaurants. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für einen entspannten Urlaub!

La maison est récente, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et idéalement située à quelques dizaines de mètres de la grande plage de l'IleTudy. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne en charge de la remise des clés a été très efficace, réactive et agréable.
