It has a South West facing balcony with table & seats to relax with a drink or snack while enjoying the stunning sea views and watching the world go by. Opposite the apartments is a beautifully maintained communal area, that has a 'Crazy Golf'’ course, an open ‘Green’, a promenade and a beach. It is a short walk from a lovely harbour, an historical street, cliff walks and dramatic scenery.

Excellent position. Close to everything. Spotless apartment with everything you ll need for self catering. There are loads of places close by to eat out including a Wetherspoons directly opposite only downfall is parking !! It s a nightmare. We had to park for our 3 days in 24 hr car park. Not cheap and not easy to get into either

Lovely stay
This apartment has a very good size, lovely sea view from living room. Pub opposite. Italian restaurant downstairs. Close to town and seafront. Woolacombe and saunton sands close by. We also visited lynton and lynmouth which I recommend to visit.

The apartment was tidy and exactly what we needed. There was a small mix up with bed sheets but that was seen to very quickly by the landlord who responded almost instantly.
