Pessimo hotel, excelentes funcionários

Os funcionários são incríveis! Atenciosos, educados, prestativos, nota mil!! A área externa do hotel é linda, o problema é da porta do quarto pra dentro, o quarto precisa urgentemente de uma modernização, colchão horrível e travesseiros ainda piores! Eu nunca havia tido o desprazer de dormir em uma cama Kong, gigante com UM ÚNICO travesseiro q mais parecia uma tripa. Todas as luzes estavam expostas, não existe uma luminária naquele hotel, a porta do meu quarto tinha uma janela de vidro e nenhuma parte de madeira para me dar qlq tipo de privacidade e impedir q a claridade do corredor ficasse na nossa cara a noite toda! Localização??? Horrível!! No mapa parece q o hotel está na praia, o funcionário da recepção falou q estávamos a 600m da praia, mas a distância é mtoooo maior, com vários morros e calçadas destruídas, péssimo! Não recomendo

Ran down property, basic rooms, NOT SAFE!

We stayed at this hotel with our extended family, renting about 4 rooms this past weekend. The hotel is very ran down, the room is outdated and there are no amenities (shampoo or soap) just two basic towels (in one of the most expensive rooms in the property. BEAWARE that there is NOT a safe box in the rooms, so DO NOT LEAVE any valuables or credit cards. We had an incident that one of our credit cards left in the room that we didn’t use in months got fraud the only day we left the keys to clean the room. I can’t blame the staff but it’s a lot of coincidence. When talked to the owner about this issue he was very confrontational, disrespectful, arrogant, and a bit homophobic, threatening us to call the police for reporting our incident to him. He later apologized to other family members but not the people affected by his arrogant behavior. He clearly should not be on the hospitality business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It’s old and basic. Now, that said, the staff working there was excellent, very friendly and hardworking!

A good place the stay.

The welcome reception experience must be improve. The guy just don't know how to deal with clients. But, the Breakfasts was very good. We spend the day at the pool. The superior suite (luxo) is very old but comfortable. They can remove the wold luxo (luxury!!) in the description. The AC and the fridge was working good. You have a market on the other side of the street. They allow us to bring our own drinks at the pool! Juice, wate, beer. But we bought a couple of drinks too. Wifi is not working sometime. Overall it was a good experience considering a 3 stars hotel but very expensive at this time of the year (january).

As áreas comuns até que são boas. Já os quartos deixam a desejar. Nossa experiência não foi das melhores, infelizmente. Chegamos cheios de expectativas, mas de cara não pudemos entrar no quarto porque ainda estava sujo do hóspede anterior. Tivemos que aguardar a preparação de outro quarto. À partir daí, outros fatores foram se acumulando. Porta do box emperrada, travesseiro e lençol com mau cheiro, toalhas encardidas. Para nossa surpresa, o hotel não dispõe de vagas de estacionamento para todos os hóspedes. Tivemos que deixar o carro na rua uma noite. Mesmo o atendente explicando que era seguro, não é uma experiência muito boa. Os quartos não dispõem de secadores de cabelo, como é comum em outros hotéis. Tinha que pedir emprestado na recepção quando precisava usar. Novamente, não é uma experiência interessante para o hóspede. O café da manhã é OK, a propriedade em si é muito bonita. O atendimento foi muito bom também. Ficamos hospedados por 3 dias na baixa temporada.

Pousada simples, confortável, limpa, área externa linda, limpa e cuidada, café da manhã simples, porém fiquei muito chateada no último dia, aonde acabou a água e tive que reclamar umas 3 vezes e só assim na última vez aonde disse que não ia embora fazer o checkout antes de tomar banho que eles me disponibilizaram um quarto pra tomar banho e escovar os dentes, pois desde que acordei estava sem água nenhuma no quarto. E ainda nem pedir desculpa pediram.

Durante minha estadia o atendimento dos profissionais era super boa. O pessoal da recepção muito atenciosa e cuidadosa em tratar bem os clientes. Porém meu quarto ficava ao lado de um canil, canil esse que tinha um cheiro forte de cachorro e também ocorria deles latirem cedo, o que me acordava pois estava ao lado desse canil. O restaurante tbm tinha muito poucas opções no café da manhã e sempre acabava algo. Ou acabava o mamão, ou o pão, queijo, presunto e sempre precisamos esperar. Além do tempo de café da manhã ser bem menor que as pousadas tradicionais. Eles liberam apenas 2 horas. A piscina tbm é gelada e não tem aquecedor!

Boa pousada

A pousada é uma graça e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Mas a localização da pousada não é das melhores, a região não tem poucas opções e é difícil caminhar pela região.
