A pousada fica em um lugar bom, próximo de shoppings e restaurantes que da pra ir apé. O estacionamento de carro é rotativo e pequeno, mas é possível estacionar na UBS na frente. As meninas que nos receberam e ficam na recepção/cafe são extremamente gentis e prestativas, a limpeza do quarto também estava ok. A única reclamação é referente ao café, pois eram as mesmas opções todos os dias e as vezes dependendo do horário tinha que esperar muito para poder repor alguns alimentos tipo pão de queijo, ovo, salada de frutas, etc.

Minha experiência não foi das melhores. Tivemos problema com um barulho de goteira em uma lata, provavelmente do ar condicionado do quarto de cima, a noite inteira. Além de um vazamento de água da chuva dentro do quarto, que se estivesse deslocado 50 centímetros, teria molhado toda nossa bagagem. Saímos para jantar, quando voltamos, o quarto estava com o chão todo molhado.

Pousada inferior ao que as fotos mostram. Não recebe manutenção e sofre com problemas importantes de higiene. O quarto que nos colocaram inicialmente estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo e ao reclamar a pousada prontamente nos mudou para um quarto bem melhor (problema resolvido). O ponto é que a pousada cobra 10% no check-in, além da tarifa paga aqui no Hoteis.com e só depois de questionar duas vezes o que era essa tarifa disseram que era uma taxa de serviço. Mas qual serviço? A pousada fecha a recepção às 22h e o acesso é independente com uma chave, a geladeira não tem nenhum refrigerante zero (sou diabético), o café da manhã é extremamente básico (inferior a todas as opções de pousadas e hotéis que já fiquei. E o quarto não vê manutenção a muito tempo e até mesmo o chuveiro estava totalmente sujo e com mofo. O custo é baixo, mas não recomendo e não voltaria.

A estadia foi bem tranquila e muito boa. O apartamento estava bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha, toalha, varal de chão e até rede em frente o apartamento. A limpeza estava ok e foi feito a troca das toalhas mediante solicitação. Tivemos um problema no vaso sanitário, porém a equipe foi excelente o senhor que fazia a manutenção, veio fora do horário de serviço dele para consertar, ficamos muito agradecidos pela prontidão dele. As meninas da recepção também foram gentis e sempre perguntando se precisamos de algo. O café da manhã sempre tinha bolos diferentes, pão de queijo, frutas e bastante bebidas. Não teve grande mudanças durante os dias, mas estava excelente. A piscina é muito linda também, uma pena não ser aquecida, mas mesmo assim da pra se divertir bastante. Em geral foi excelente nossa estadia e voltaríamos sem dúvidas.

Minha experiência não foi boa

Minha experiência não foi das melhores e eu não indicaria para nenhum amigo. A limpeza do chalé e principalmente do banheiro era bem questionável, nós precisamos pedir todos os dias a retirada do lixo (que era minúsculo por ser um quarto de família). Na parte das camas, que ficava no andar de cima, não tinha nenhuma uma tomada, das 2 lâmpadas da luminária só uma funcionava, o que deixava ele bem escuro, não tinha nada de apoio: um gancho, um espelho, não era prático, pq tudo era necessário descer, sem contar com os colchões que eram péssimos. Os travesseiro eram bem ruins também. O café da manhã tinha sempre problema de reposição, por mais simples que fosse, sempre tinha coisas faltando e as atendentes aparentemente não davam conta. Encontrei até um cabelo no meu ovo. As coisas não tinham identificação, não sabíamos exatamente do que eram os sucos, os bolos, nada! Nem as térmicas não eram identificadas para saber o que era café, leite e água. Realmente, muito ruim.

Valor muito alto para o que é oferecido. Estive na pousada por sete dias no mês de Janeiro. Revervei 2 quartos, 1 triplo e 1 casal. Quando cheguei foi cobrada uma taxa de mais ou menos 150,00 reais por quarto , que não estava claro no Hoteis.com. A limpeza é feita dia sim, dia não, o que é muito ruim quando se está em uma cidade praiana! A fechadura da porta principal estava quebrada. Meu irmão estava no quarto de casal e ficou sem água no quarto, entre 17:00h de um dia ate quase 12:00h do outro dia, tiveram que ir tomar banho no meu quarto. Reclamamos inúmeras vezes para ir alguém ao quarto para solucionar. Café da manhã bem fraco, todos os dias a mesma coisa. Não disponibilizam toalhas para levar para a praia, piscina não aquecida, barulho alto de algum sistema, talvez da piscina, nos quartos de baixo. Sra que atende no restaurante tornou a nossa insatisfação muito mais leve com o sua paciência, boa vontade e carisma.

Eu amei a pousada, o quarto é bem completo com fogão, geladeira, microondas, se eu soubesse q tinha tudo isso teria me programado pra ficar mais dias. O banheiro tem água quentinha e é bem limpinho. A piscina é maravilhosa! Café da manhã bem gostoso!
