This is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at. From check-in to check-out everything was perfect! It was easy to communicate with our hosts who met us upon arrival and departure. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well decorated and has everything you need for a fabulous stay! Our second visit to this apartment in a beautiful beach area. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and well managed by David and his sister Marie-Noelle. There are a selection of good restaurants in the town and the small supermarket across the road is well stocked. We hope to return in '25 for another visit.

Wonderful flat in the perfect location in Portugal!

What an amazing place for our first visit to Portugal! Casa Indigo is a beautiful rental. We were amazed with beautiful Praia Da Barra and enjoyed swimming and watching the surfers almost every day of our stay. Will definitely return as soon as we can go back to Portugal.

Great location for staying put and traveling to nearby cities

The apartment was extremely secure, had all the comforts needed for great meals and sleep. The beach town was cute, this time of year was quiet. We visited Obidos, Nazare, other locations south from here. We visited Braga and Porto and the Douro valley also. Great meals at La Mozzarella and at Barra Beach Club, the almond tempura shrimp at Blue Fin was also great. Would love to return!

Superb Location and Accomodation

We spent 10 days at this very attractive & comfortable property in Barra, Portugal. The apartment was spacious & well-equipped with reliable high-speed Internet, HDTV, comfortable bed with high-quality linens, and a full kitchen outfitted with everything available for even ambitious cooks. The host's sister & niece met us to orient us to the apartment & check us out on our departure. The location was outstanding for us. Because we walk 2-3 hours a day, Barra offered a wide variety of different venues, all beautiful - ocean, village, tidal flats - and all with wide pedestrian boulevards. Barra has plenty of commercial establishments without feeling touristy - grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, other shops - but is also a 10-minute drive to the Averia Center mall with both Pingo Doce & Continente supermarkets, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will consider a return to this property, our best recommendation.

Fantastic!

I cannot say enough about this property. We loved it! We went for walks every morning on the boardwalk which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. Best of all was the cleanliness of the place. Marie-Noelle greeted us and was very welcoming. We would live here permanently. Bravo!!!
