We offer you a magnificent gite in Illfurth with all comfort in an individual and private apartment of 81 m2 in a pretty villa with an independent entrance, located in Illfurth in Alsace in the Haut-Rhin and on a 28 ares plot with a playground for children, The gîte: "apartment adjoining the house" has an independent entrance, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, an attic children's bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor, one upstairs with WC, kitchen and living room, and a veranda. The whole is equipped and functional. Large screen TV, wardrobe, oven, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer, partially air-conditioned child safety barrier, SAT channel, etc. Towels and sheets are provided.

Appartement attenant à un pavillon situé dans une zone résidentielle très calme. Accès rapide à Mulhouse et tous les musées (automobile, train et écomusée). Grand Leclerc à 7km. Voiture garée sur le trottoir le long de la propriété sans souci car la rue est une impasse pavillonnaire. Communication aisée avec le propriétaire. La climatisation mobile est un plus indispensable en cette période de canicule. Non recommandé aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
