Marvelous brick house the view with large fully enclosed patio with an incredible view of lagoon, mountains and beaches! Excellent location 800m from the beach and 200m from centrinho do Rosa.
With easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and local beaches.

The house has two bedrooms being an exclusive suite with a 50m2 upstairs area with a Queen size bed and two single beds. Split Hot and Cold and SmarTV LED 4K with full sky and Netflix enabled. Gas bath with digital heater. In the suite you will also find a hotel-type safe with digital password for greater security of your personal values.

Downstairs we have a bedroom with two double beds (possibility to place another single bed), closet and a large full bathroom for your comfort! Hot and cold LED and Split TV!

Maravillosa!!!

Realmente la palabra paraíso no es suficiente para describir este lugar tan maravilloso!! Las vistas son deslumbrantes, la comodidad de la casa es inmejorable y la atención de Fernando impecable!!! Ha sido un gran anfitrión y eso ayudo mucho a disfrutar más aún de nuestra estadía ... Realmente, más que un paraíso. Vacacionar en este lugar de ensueño hace sin dudas, que quieras regresar lo antes posible a Praia Do Rosa!!

Casa muito confortável e bem localizada

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. No primeiro dia o vento estava muito forte, mas no dia seguinte amanheceu sem vento nenhum, e pudemos aproveitar melhor. A casa tem tudo: bem equipada, cama confortável, sofá também, banheiros bons, chuveiro bom. A única coisa é que o zelador esqueceu de cortar a grama, estava um pouco alta. Fora isso, tudo ótimo. O anfitrião foi sempre muito prestativo pelo telefone, desde o momento da reserva até o final da estadia.

Aconchegante, bem localizado e privativo

A casa fica em um local privilegiado. Muito bem localizada e de fácil acesso. Bem próxima ao centrinho do Rosa; próxima a supermercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes etc. Também fica próxima às praias Rosa Sul e Norte. Tem uma vista maravilhosa para a praia do Ouvidor, Lagoa de Ibiraquera e dunas. A casa é bem aconchegante e bem equipada; atendeu todas as nossas necessidades no período que ficamos lá. Ademais, o atendimento do Fernando e do Paulinho foi excelente. Sempre atenciosos e prestativos.

Muito satisfeito

Tivemos uma experiência incrível. Tanto o Fernando quanto o Paulinho nos receberam muito bem. Fomos assistidos por Eles durante toda nossa estadia. A residência é muito boa, estava tudo muito organizado e limpo. Os utensílios, moveis e eletrodomésticos estavam em excelente estado de uso. Passamos momentos muito agradáveis em meio a natureza e ainda pudemos curtir o friozinho em frente a lareira, que gentilmente foi preparada para a gente. Recomendo e com certeza retornaremos na próxima oportunidade. Obrigado Fernando e Paulinho, Vocês são nota 10.

Alugamos a casa do Fernando no reveillon 2016/2017. Desde os contatos por telefone, o proprietário sempre fora atencioso conosco. Quando chegamos à casa, este nos atendeu muito bem, colocando-se sempre à disposição para quaisquer problemas. De cara, a casa superou as expectativas. Estávamos em 7 pessoas, e esta comportou todos tranquilamente. Muito espaçosa, em ótimo estado, com uma vista linda e muito agradável de se ficar lá. Todos os equipamentos funcionaram perfeitamente, desde o wifi ao ar condicionado. A aparelhagem de cozinha, idem. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, e se voltarmos à Praia do Rosa, ficarei lá novamente!
