The 1-room vacation apartment with stepless interior design in Immenstaad on Lake Constance is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The 45 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. This vacation home has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.
A warm welcome. Our vacation apartments are located in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen. This district, only 1 km from Lake Constance, is an insider tip among Lake Constance connoisseurs. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Our house, with its beautiful garden and sunbathing lawn, is located on the outskirts of Kippenhausen. We rent out two modern apartments* for 2 people each. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions by bus and boat. There is a good restaurant and a wine tavern in the village.
