Charming, newly built holiday apartment in a standalone building located in a very quiet area, 3 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio and a 5-minute drive from the main amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery...)<br><br>The apartment is located in a picturesque vineyard and features a bright living room with a kitchenette, an extendable table that seats 6 people, and a comfortable double sofa bed. <br>The sleeping area also overlooks the vineyard and features two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, mosquito screens, and underfloor heating.<br><br>The shaded pergola is furnished with a table, chairs, and lighting so you can dine al fresco even in the evening—perhaps while enjoying a glass of our fine wine!<br><br>An enchanting place surrounded by extraordinary scenery, with views of the sea at Imperia and our picturesque vineyard that surrounds the house—which we cultivate to produce fine DOC wines (Pigato, Rossese, Vermentino).<br><br>The property spans 6,000 square metres and features fruit trees, a vegetable garden, ancient wells, and dry-stone walls that lend the setting a charming atmosphere. You can enjoy a peaceful stay away from traffic, in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Ideal for those who love to relax, perfect for families with children, and great for anyone who wants to spend a holiday with their beloved four-legged friend!<br>Private outdoor parking and a barbecue area are at your disposal.<br><br>Things to know:<br>- We provide a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, pots and pans, dishes, a kettle, a toaster, electric oven, espresso machine, moka pot, and a small welcome basket with seasonal produce from our garden<br>- We provide a limited supply of toilet paper, household cleaning products, dish soap, laundry detergent, and a small supply of trash bags. During their stay, guests will need to purchase these items themselves.<br>- No smoking<br>- A baby cot can be requested at the time of booking<br>- Pets are allowed, subject to prior agreement with the owner. There are pets and farm animals on the property.<br>- Our own olive oil and wine are available for purchase<br><br><br><br><br>
