Tolle Lage aber mangelhafter Zustand

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Strand Supermarkt u.s.w. in der Nähe. Allerdings lässt der Zustand zu wünschen übrig. Die Elektroinstallation würde ich als gefährich bezeichnen! Ansonsten ist alles da was mann so braucht. Einen Toaster haben wir vermisst.

Emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer et 2mn plage. Gens très gentils à Port Maurizio. Très bonne nourriture ils faut délaisser les resto "à touristes". Belle experience de vie. Petit bémol : appartement fonctionnel mais vétuste, nécessitant une franche rénovation...

Emplacement incroyable

L'appartement est simple mais idéalement situé dans un emplacement incroyable, sur les quais et sans circulation. De là, on peut aller faire les courses à pied en quelques minutes et on trouve des places gratuites à proximité (en tout cas en dehors de la haute saison). Notre hôte, Cristina, est très sympa ! Nous retournerons volontiers à nouveau à Imperia :-)

Vista stupenda in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla spiaggia e in zona pedonale ma la casa ha arredi vetusti, bagno con problemi allo sciacquone e allo doccia e, durante il nostro soggiorno, con lavatrice non funzionante.

Superschöne Wohnung - alles tiptop!!!

Fantastischer Ausblick über das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Durch den Steinboden und die Fensterläden ist es angenehm kühl geblieben. Kein Autolärm, da Fussgängerpassage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt mit ihr unkompliziert. Wir werden sehr gerne zurückkehren.

Super Wohnung, Waschmaschine e...

Super Wohnung, Waschmaschine etc. alles vorhanden. Das Einzige wäre zu bemerken, dass durch das darunter liegende Restaurant im Bad zeitweise recht stark nach Fisch riecht; dies ist aber gut aus haltbar und zieht auch nicht in die restliche Wohnung. Super Blick auf das Meer aus allen Räumen (bis auf das Bad)Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Vermieterin ist bei Problemen schnell vor Ort.
