This apartment is suitable for year-round use. It faces southwest, so you can enjoy the terrace in both summer and winter. It accommodates up to 7 people, is spread over 2 floors, and has 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A wood-burning stove makes it even cosier in winter. In the fall, when the cold is already setting in across Northern Europe, you can still sit comfortably outside here, soaking up the sun and warmth to face the winter better prepared! Beeindruckend

Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend die Lage herrlich, und man war schnell in Imperia.Die Vermieterin ist deutschsprachig und kann gute Tipps geben. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist eine echte Herausforderung man sollte kein Fahranfänger sein seitdem man hat ein Automatik Auto.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft!

Wir haben unseren drei wöchigen Aufenthalt in Poggi genossen. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft schön. Silvia war als Vermieterin immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns zudem mit vielen Tipps weiterhelfen können. Wir haben bereits mehrere Objekte in der Umgebung von Imperia gebucht aber Sivias Haus hat uns von allen am besten gefallen. Vielen Dank dir, liebe Silvia!

Charmantes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus von Silvia sehr genossen. Das Haus, die Aussicht und Lage und die ganze Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Hab den Urlaub dort mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr genossen :) Sehr empfehlenswert!

Einzigartiger Ausblick

Wir haben erholsame und erlebnisreiche Tage im schön gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Terrasse und der Garten bieten viele Gelegenheiten zum erholen. Einzig die Zufahrt ist ein bisschen speziell, verwinkelt und steil, aber für einen geübten Fahrer kein Problem. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend, stand mit guten Vorschlägen immer parat, herzlichen Dank! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Traumzeit

Für uns, zwei Erwachsene, und unser Hunderudel hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können. Traumhafter Ausblick hinunter zum Meer und die Küsenlinie, ein gemütliches Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen mit schöner Terrasse und kleinem Garten und nicht zuletzt eine sehr nette und freundlich Vermieterin. Kurzum: für uns waren diese drei Wochen tatsächlich eine Traumzeit, weshalb wir auch unbedingt wiederkommen möchten.

Vom ersten bis zum letzen Kontakt hat alles super geklappt. Die Liegenschaft ist super schön gelegen. Einzige Nachteile sind das leise Geräusch der Autobahn und der Wind. Beides ist aber nicht wirklich schlimm.

Toller Blick und sonnige Terrasse

Der Ausblick und die sonnige Terrasse sind hier das Highlight. Die Vermieterin Silvia gibt beste Tipps für die Umgebung. Ideal für den Hund, da die Terrasse und ein kleines Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Das Dorf Poggi ist nah und ursprünglich, viele winzige Gassen ohne Autoverkehr und Wege zu den steilen Feldern. Gute kleine Hunderunden. Das Lädchen hat auch im Januar auf. Die Anfahrt ist auch mit VW Bus machbar und wird schon am 2Tag zur Gewohnheit. Gute Lage für Touren in die Umgebung. Im Januar ist Imperia toll, Geschäfte, Strand, Hafen, Cafés. Alles belebt, da vornehmlich für die Leute von hier. In den touristischen Dörfern/Städten ist oft noch alles zu. Wir haben es sehr genossen, danke Silvia.

Super Aussicht!!!

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Woche, mit genialer Aussicht. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch, was sie Kommunikation ungemein erleichtert. Vor allem für Tipps und Ausflugsziele etc. Einzig der Internetempfang ist etwas langsam. Würden wiederkommen.

Top Lage! Tolle Möglichkeit mit der Familie eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.

Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit einem traumhaften Domizil. Da es sich bei dem Haus nicht um Steinmauern handelt wie bei vielen italienischen Häusern üblich, ist es kaum möglich die Räume im Sommer unter 30 Grad zu bringen. Uns hat es mit Ventilatoren nichts ausgemacht, dennoch sollte man dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Danke für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt liebe Silvia. Es war uns ein Vergnügen dich kennenzulernen und Zeit in Poggi zu verbringen! Viele liebe Grüße!

Panoramablick nach San Lorenzo

Vorneweg wir hatten im Ferienhaus einen wundervollen Urlaub. Objekt: Es handelt sich um eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte in Poggi. Die große Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick bis nach San Lorenzo ist natürlich Kernstück dieses Objektes und lädt gerade Abends zum Verweilen ein. Zusätzlich wird der Außenbereich durch einen kleinen Garten mit Grill und Schatten spendenden Baum ergänzt. Das Haus selbst besitzt alles nötige was man braucht. Man muss sagen, dass die Räume der zwei Etagen auf den Bildern wesentlich kleiner wirken als sie sind. Hunde sind hier herzlich willkommen (Groß und Klein), auch in Imperia selbst. Lage: Das Haus liegt im kleinen Örtchen Poggi am Hang Richtung Imperia. Für die Anfahrt wird Silvia mit einem Kontakt aufnehmen. Das Haus liegt in einem umzäunten Anwesen. Das Restaurant mit Kleinen Laden ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Stadt Imperia ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, aber durch die bergige Landschaft mit mehr Kraftaufwand verbunden. Betrachtet man die Lage auf einer Karte, so sieht man unterhalb des Objektes die Autobahn verlaufen (Tunnel), natürlich hört man diese leise, war für uns aber kaum wahrnehmbar. Besitzerin: Silvia ist das Herzstück des Objektes. Bei jeglicher Frage konnte man sich an Sie wenden und sie kam immer vorbei um diese persönlich zu beantworten. Auch für die Planung der Tagesausflüge war sie spitze, da sie immer einen Tipp hatte wohin man fahren kann, Abseits der Touristenströme. Silvia vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Belle endroit

Très beau cadre très calme avec une vue magnifique. propriétaire très sympathique que de bons conseils. Pour des personnes qui aime le soleil c'est un endroit superbe, la plage n'est pas très loin, mais il faut y aller en voiture. Et pour les gens qui aiment les promenades il y a beaucoup de beaux petits villages à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Traumurlaub

Eigentlich sollte ich hier Dinge schreiben wie "schlecht zu erreichen, Mückenplage, die Vermieterin kümmert sich nicht, die Ausstattung ist unzureichend, Internet funktioniert nicht, völlig überteuert, Strände sind schmutzig uswusf". Je mehr Menschen davon erfahren, wie toll es dort ist, umso mehr werden dort buchen wollen und verknappen das Angebot für uns. Aber das wäre alles gelogen und würde diesem Urlaubstraum nicht gerecht. Die Lage des Grundstücks und die Sicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen und haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ein großes Lob an dieser Stelle an ihren Sohn Mauricio, der uns in Empfang genommen und die ersten Tage unser Ansprechpartner war. Absolute Erholung von der ersten Sekunde an!

Una bella esperienza

La posizione della casa è magnifica, come la vista di cui gode. Una volta raggiunta non si ha quasi voglia di fare altro, tanto è rilassante e gradevole. Lontana dal traffico e dal rumore, ma con spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Ottima la pulizia e la cordialità di Silvia, che è stata davvero molto disponibile. Consigliato!

Lever ikke op til forventningerne og stjernerne

havemøbler/hynder/møblement itu. Køkkenting ikke OK, service rodet/snavset -senge ikke rene/der havde været husdyr med deraf følger, bid og stik. Adgang til feriebolig bag port og kun en mulighed for udgang - hvor muligheden for overfald af "vagthunde" fra anden beboer på den lille vej, ikke gjorde vores gåture til positive oplevelser, og begrænsede vores gåture.. Megen affald i området. Efter en uge fik leveret to solstole uden hynder - ellers lå vi på fliserne på vore egne håndklæder og nød sol. der var bestilt håndklæder, der var tre badehdl og nogle små til 2 uger. Vi har vasket flere gange og brugt vore egne. ALT i ALT har vi kun nydt solen, prima udsigt, og muligheden for parkering. ellers nød vi det ikke. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Traumhaft schön und erholsam

Wir (mein Mann, unsere zwei Jungs - 15 und 17 Jahre - , unser Hund und ich) haben diesen August 12 wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt und alles so wie auf den angegebenen Bildern. Silvia ist eine sehr freundliche, sympathische Vermieterin und war für uns immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Imperia ist eine sehr schöne lebendige Stadt. Besonders gut hat uns der Markt in Porto Maurizio gefallen. Die Jungs liebten die Ausflüge zum Galeazza-Felsen. Ein toller Platz zum "vom Felsen springen", zum Schnorcheln, zum Schwimmen und zum Relaxen. Aber am besten einen Sonnenschirm mitnehmen. Vom Haus aus kann man in 10 Minuten eine steile Straße zum Hundestrand laufen. Allerdings sollte man den Rückweg nicht unbedingt in der Mittagshitze antreten...wir sprechen aus Erfahrung. Und etwas sportlich sollte man für diesen Fußmarsch auch sein. Aber der Fußmarsch hat trotzdem Spaß gemacht. Allerdings gibt es dort auch einen großen Parkplatz, wo man auf alle Fälle abends einen Parkplatz findet. Hier befindet sich auch direkt am Meer eine schöne Bar, in der hauptsächlich leckere Burger angeboten werden. Die Terrasse und das Haus bieten unterschiedliche Plätze (sonnige und schattige), um in Ruhe ein oder mehrere schöne Bücher zu lesen oder einfach nur zu "chillen". Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Meerblick

Erstmal ganz lieben Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Silvia!! Immer erreichbar und mit guten Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben in der Wohnung nichts vermisst. Die große Terrasse eignet sich sowohl für sonnenhungrige als auch für Schatten suchende Urlauber. Was manchmal störte waren die Geräusche von der nahe gelegenen Autobahn. Wir hatten uns aber bald daran gewöhnt und durften eine schöne Zeit genießen. Nochmal ganz lieben Dank an Silvia!!

Maison très agréable avec vue époustouflante !

Notre séjour s'est passé parfaitement dans cette maison tout confort. Les 2 salles de bains sont vraiment appréciables mais le top était la terrasse avec une vue de 180° de Porto Maurizio jusqu'au San Lorenzo. En plus, la terrasse et le jardinet étaient clôturés, idéale pour nos 2 chiens. La propriétaire, très gentille mais discrète, nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Tous ces éléments, avec le beau soleil de Ligure en plus, ont fait que nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous y retournerons certainement !
