Charming three-room apartment on the ground floor, with an outdoor patio and private garden.
The unit consists of a large kitchen equipped with all amenities (kitchenette with 5-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, microwave), a spacious living room with a smart TV, a sofa bed, and a single bed, a master bedroom, and finally a bathroom with an antechamber and a washing machine.
The house has a private, outdoor parking space on the property.

The owners live in the apartment on the upper floor.

Friendly hosts that willingly helped us communicating with customer services when our rental car broke down. Without their help it would have been nearly impossible to navigate language-wise. A bit further from the city centre than anticipated. The roads/google maps appeared messy and more time-consuming than expected.

Excellent stay

We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean. The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa. We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay. Massimo was on hand with any questions. It's a really lovely villa, we had an exceptional time during our stay.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Massimo und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung eine tolle Zugabe. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir geben. Im August bei heißen Temperaturen ohne Klimaanlage eine Herausforderung - würden wir nicht wiederholen wollen. Gerne wieder, im Frühjahr oder Herbst....

Toller Aufenthalt, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Einliegerwohnung bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Alles sah so aus wie auf den Fotos. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und eine super schöne und gut ausgestattete Küche. Schön angelegte Terrasse, auf der man ungestört entspannen konnte. Highlight war absolut der tolle, sehr saubere Pool, den wir von 9:00 - 18:00 Uhr benutzen durften. In unserer Woche war es dort sehr heiß, wenn wir eine Klimaanlage gehabt hätten, würden wir sofort 5 Sterne vergeben. - Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Schöne Wohnung aber kein Haus

Massimo und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns toll begrüßt. Anders als erwartet handelt es sich hierbei um die Erdgeschosswohnung und kein Haus. Der Pool befindet sich im ersten Stock auf der Ebene der Gastgeber (diesem erreicht man über eine Treppe). Den Pool kann man leider nur von 9:00-18:00 Uhr nutzen (dafür aber alleine), das wussten wir leider nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Terrasse ist toll und überdacht. Ein Auto ist definitiv ein Muss und es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Einfach nur Top

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen und die Unterkunft wurde uns direkt gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse zum Pool ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Wasser sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfbereit. Unser Urlaub an diesem wonderschönen Ort war top. Wir kommen wieder.

Siamo appena tornati io e la mia compagna da un soggiorno di 6 giorni presso questa incantevole villa con piscina e non posso fare altro che elogiare l'esperienza. Il posto è semplicemente magnifico, con un'atmosfera tranquilla che ti permette di staccare dalla routine quotidiana. La villa è impeccabile in termini di pulizia e comfort, e la piscina aggiunge quel tocco in più di relax. Ciò che ha reso veramente speciale il mio soggiorno sono stati i proprietari, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili in ogni occasione. Consiglio vivamente questa villa a chiunque cerchi una fuga rilassante in un ambiente incantevole, gestito da persone straordinarie che si prendono cura dei loro ospiti in modo eccezionale."

Beste Ferien seit langem
