Typical tower holiday home in the small 17th century village of Poggi, just 1.8 km from the beaches of the famous Riviera dei Fiori. The accommodation shows the typical structure of Ligurian houses: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, on the first floor, which can be reached via a characteristic staircase, there is a kitchen and bathroom. The attic (part of which has a low ceiling), where there is an open-plan bedroom with a double bed, can be reached via a spiral staircase. Convenient location to reach the beaches and clubs of Imperia, but also the neighbouring and exclusive Porto Maurizio (5 km) with typical Ligurian dishes and aperitifs. The area is ideal for visiting the beautiful coast and for whale watching, surfing (in front of a town centre) or to reach the characteristic Sanremo (31 km), the witch village of Triora (45 km), the ancient village of Dolcedo (8 km) or Dolceacqua (58 km), the fashionable Alassio (44 km).
