About this accommodation High above the town of Inca, located in a quiet residential area near the monastery of Sant Bartomeu, is the holiday home “El Olivo” with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains and the town of Inca. Inca offers you a great infrastructure with endless shopping opportunities and a large selection of restaurants and bars of all kinds. You can walk to the center of the city in about 10 minutes via a small path.
The house is equipped with satellite TV and super-fast fiber optic internet! From Inca you can quickly reach the beautiful capital Palma via the motorway; the journey time to our beautiful beaches is around 30 minutes. In the beautifully mature garden with the eponymous olive tree is the 6 x 3 meter pool, with sun loungers, shady trees and an outdoor shower. On the side of the house there is a spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains. The house offers you a fully equipped kitchen on two floors with a small seating area and pantry area. Here you can also find the spacious dining area and the adjacent comfortable living room with German satellite TV. All rooms on this floor have an exit to the terrace and therefore a great view of the mountains. There is also a bedroom with a place to sleep and one of the bathrooms on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms with a total of 5 more sleeping spaces, which can be divided according to the needs of the guests. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, and there is also an additional large bathroom on this floor. On the upper floor there is a tower room, which is perfect as a retreat for watching TV or playing. The villa is stocked with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The electricity will also be billed according to consumption and meter reading upon departure or will be offset against a deposit (0.30 ct / KwH). The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events). Deposit: €300.00 (will be charged upon departure).
