Hotel was located in a really good area. Olive young, daiso and bunch of restaurants nearby. Accessible by AREX and can even reach airport by taxi in 15 mintues. The room wasn't soundproofed so I could hear a lot things here and there. Free shuttle provided only goes to terminal 1 otherwise everything was great. A-

Friendly staff and can accommodate late check in.

The place was very cleaned and has everything you need. The thing that i really loved is the hotel reception is open 24/7 and was able to accommodate me when my flight arrived in incheon almost 12 midnight. It’s also close to the airport about a 12 minutes drive. They also offered shuttle to the airport. Uber or taxi is also available. Staff are also super nice. Overall I enjoyed it as would definitely book again.

I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite. I asked the lady at reception for a good place to eat and she referred me to a great little Korean restaurant down the street where I had Sundubu with pork bulgogi, which was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. One thing I did not like was, the airport shuttle only takes you to Terminal 1, that was not the case with another hotel I had stayed at near there. With the airport shuttle delay and the Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 airport transport, I almost missed my flight. Other than that, I definitely enjoyed my stay!!

Location was great. Convenient to local restaurants and shops. Our room (4 guests) size was adequate but heating system and lighting was out dated. Nice size jacuzzi for 2 but the jets were not working. No shuttle service to ICN airport and only allowed 1 hotel key for unit Check in time at 3 pm was a little late but they do let you store the luggages at front while stroll around until check in in time.

The property has no airport shuttle service, but is close to Unseo subway station. It's a very convenient place for one night visitors if you don't have big luggage. Rooms are clean. Staff at front desk is fluent in English and very helpful. No breakfast is provided onsite but there are a ton of choices within walking distance. Overall it is a great option for short-term stay.
